I love seeing how someone's blog journey grows and develops!<br />Anyway I love all the craft posts (boy I was so happy for you when you finally got published in a paper magazine! LOL it's like reading a novel or an autobiography!! Anyway this post about weight loss struck a chord. I've had a tough few years on and off, weights gone up and up. And up. And up. Really need to be more active. So you've inspired me to get on with it :) I'm going to start walking this week. I have been trying to...Beth, you are doing awesome! I have been trying to get back into an exercise routine and keep making excuses. I want to lose 10 lbs. and haven't been able to lose 1 lb. You've lost 5 and that's wonderful!!! Keep it up. I too have the goal to do the 5K at the Blueberry but at the rate I'm going I don't think I'm going to make it this year. I wanted to run but haven't never done it. I am so mad at myself a few years ...Yeah for you!!!<br />I am so mad at myself a few years ago I was in such excellent shape. Now I have 15 - 20 lbs to lose. Plus I have heart disease so any extra weight is a strain on my heart.<br />I would go for over an hour walk, I loved it. <br />I get obsessed mind you, the kids were tired of hearing my pedometer, lol. But hey, have you been checking your inches around your waste? Because most often you can see results there before you can actually see a weight loss. That's usually how it is for me. I know the last time I lost 30 lbs. I went down about 3 notches on my belt even before I could detect a loss of lbs. on my scale! <br />Hang in there! I so need to get back on track.
